Cookie Tip ~ Week 2

Oven temp is important! Most recipes call for 7-8 minutes in a 375 degree oven. I do mine at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. This creates a light golden brown bottom and a firm, yet soft, melt in your mouth cookie. ❤

Week 1 Cookie Tip:

Divide your sugar cookie dough into three portions, wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate for at least one hour, overnight is best. When you're ready to bake take out one portion at a time to work with. This helps keep your dough cold enough until it gets in the oven to prevent the spreading out of your cookies! You end up with a more uniform, nicely shaped end result!
