“Precipice” is the story of me and every other child that has had to endure the minefield of growing up in the streets.
The piece depicts a teenage boy sitting on his boom box in 80’s // He is on a phone call that is making him choose where his soul will end up. Forces are conspiring to end him before he begins and he is floating in the balance.
My heart breaks for every child that is forced into these types of scenarios just because they were born. That was their sin; to be born..
I am so thankful to have made it out of that cycle and grateful that I can now dream freely and without fear AND even better, I now make those dreams into realities. I killed the robots in my early life and I’m openly hunting the ones that exist in my present life. Let’s do this shot together!
