This is from an episode we filmed last week on a four-acre pond that Trophy Pond stocked with pure Florida largemouth in 2018 and 2019. A nine-pound largemouth was caught from the pond in September 2022. On the day of this video, in about four hours of fishing, we caught ten three-pounders, four four-pounders, a 4.5-pounder, and the fish in this video. Imagine what this pond will be like in another five years.

This is a 1.5-acre pond that we have managed since 2014. All these fish were caught in one day's fishing. Check out this episode in a couple weeks on the Pursuit channel, 12:30 p.m. Saturday!

One of our employees caught a 6.75-lb. Florida bass a couple weeks ago while we were filming for our TV show that's airing this year on the Pursuit channel. This pond has only had bass in it for four and a half years:

Yesterday we seined one of our hatchery ponds and found a 2 lb. 13 oz. female hand-painted bluegill. Today we seined a different pond and found a 2 lb. 8 oz. male hand-painted:

A few minutes after we found that 1.8 in our net, we found a female hand-painted that was slightly bigger, as in, she weighed 2 pounds 13 ounces:

We seined one of our hand-painted bluegill production ponds today, and one of the fish that we caught in our net was a beautiful male that weighed 1.8 pounds (1 pound 13 ounces):

So we seined one of our hatchery ponds today for hand-painted bluegill. These were the two biggest - the second fish weighed 2.1 pounds:

So this isn't a great photo because we wanted to get the fish back into the pond as quickly as possible. Between 12.5" and 13" long, didn't get a weight due to scale malfunction...
