What an amazing CAMP SEASON 2026 it has been!
Between Mindful Art, Nature, Music, & Yoga classes, our team has been busy providing activities to thousands of campers across Long Island 🎶🎨🧘‍♀️
We truly have the best staff & students to work with!

What an incredible experience returning to Stony Brook University for a second time! Our team brought the full Think Wellness NY experience—mindfulness, yoga, meditation, music, art, and nutrition—all in one powerful day of programming. From morning stretches to creative expression and calming meditations, we were honored to provide students with tools for stress relief, focus, and self-care. Grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to impact so many lives through wellness.

Yesterday was incredible! Out of our 27 Think Wellness NY staff members, 15 came together to partner with Stony Brook University and bring 27 sessions of yoga, music, nutrition, meditation, and art to thousands of college students. We also led our Mindfulness & Burnout Prevention Training and had two amazing massage therapists offering massages.

These wellness services are so important for mental health, stress relief, and self-care — and we’re honored to provide them on such a large scale.

I’m so grateful to my team for the outstanding job they did! The icing on the cake—hiring my son as our photographer, showing him entrepreneurship in action. He’ll be editing and sharing soon, and we can’t wait!

We’re heading back on Labor Day weekend for our next event with Stony Brook, and we are beyond blessed for this partnership!
