Just rewarded by working with another new listing client couple. Before the ink dryed on the listing contract & before I could upload into the system through contacts & word of mouth the couple has a great contract at 98% of list price. I am blessed to work with such great people and other agents that help to culminate a seemless deal making it a win-win for all involved. I am so thankful for the Lord working in my life!
