We sealed the weather out!

This 1800’s house received a much needed upgrade. The old door leaked cold air and snow into the house, the door was cooked and had no header. The true 6x6 ledger had no support and the concrete slab was crumbling away. The stone stoop was sloped dangerously away from the house creating a hazard when slippery.

This was all corrected with some well thought solutions. Brand new entry door that seals so well it makes the blinds dance when it opens and closes. A new Anderson storm door with internal retractable window allows for easy fresh air when the weather is nice. Some rebar with concrete to fill the missing concrete and give the old 6x6 beam some support. Fresh insulation all around. A new concrete pad and a happy customer!

Fixed that leak!

Removed the leaking garbage disposal and plumbing. Installed all new sink basins, drain plumbing and a fancy new inline hot water tank under this kitchen sink!

The customer is super happy to have instant hot water to her sink and said the water bill dropped by 1/3 now that she doesn’t have to wait for the hot water to reach the faucet! 🤑

Some well thought upgrades can pay for themselves. Let’s get you upgraded!

Fixed the Puddle Problem!
Water kept making messy puddles right next to this log house.

So we dug a long trench and a special underground dry well with some cool machines, then filled everything with rocks. Now the water sneaks down into the dry well and disappears into the ground instead of sitting on top!

Proud to help some wonderful customers in the Honeoye area with their roof repair. The chimney area had damaged shingles, poor flashing, and rotted wood — now fully repaired with new materials, proper flashing, and a clean chimney wrap.
