大きいコア（根、幹）を持った木（コアツリー）は強く永続的に成長する
【Core Management:コア経営】を木で例え、このCore Treeの構造を経営とビジネスの視点で当てはめると、
1.Naked Core（根の部分）
2. Personal Core（幹の部分）
3. Core Process（枝の部分）
4. Core Profession（葉の部分）
5. Core Business（実の部分）にあたはまります。
根の部分は観えないところにあります。
人間の魂、心、潜在意識、人格の存在するNaked Coreの部分です。
大きなしっかりした根であればあるほど、大きな木になります。
目に見えない部分は魂、心、潜在意識、人格ですべての基盤でしっかりと根を張った木が大きく成長すると同じ意味を持っています。
それでは、枝の部分に例えられるCore Processとは『自分の決めてとなるプロセス、強いメソッドです。One and Only Process』です。
ある人は１００万ドルの笑顔、
ある人は優しさ、
ある人は人を巻き込む力、
ある人は聴き上手、
ある人は関係つくり上手、
等々です。。。
あなたのCore Processは何ですか？
意識して磨き続けると大きな実を結ぶことに繋がってきますよ。

【Feeling First, Logic Second, Lasting Feeling】
多くの現代人は知識依存症候群にかかってしまっています。
何時もの習慣でlogic(知識)から考えて行動をするクセが出来上がってしまっている様です。
そもそも「知識人」などという言葉があるくらいですから。
ビジネスにおいて集客と顧客ロイヤルティはFeeling First, Logic Second, Lasting Feeling が最も重要なファクターです。

【Why Do You Exist=何故自分は存在するか?】

Achieving The Life You Deserve = 自分にふさわしい人生の実現。

It is a Simple proposition.
それはとってもシンプルなことなのです。

You follow three steps like shown on this picture.
この絵にあるように3つステップをフォローすればいいのです。

しかし、曖昧に行動しては人生の迷路に入ってしまいます。
But, you should not just do any way you like.
You get into stalemate of your Life.

実は、次の順序があなたを大きく揺り動かし、本当に自分が実現したい事がわかります。
それは１．Big Why(自己の魂からの発信）, 2. What（目的と成功法則）、 3. How　（潜在意識を使う習慣）
The order of Inside Out is imperative:
1. Big Why:Self Leadership ( Expression of Your Naked Core)
2. What: Big Purpose (Principles)
3. How: Practices (Achieving Your Life Applying your Subconscious.

今年から、自分に忠実に生きてみませんか？

【Creative Leadership 】

FVAのCreative Leadershipの5つの法則をVMCSE（Vision, Mission, Core Management, Strategy, Execution：ビジョン、ミッション、コア経営、戦略、実行）の順にそれぞれの行動習慣を掲げていますが、これは流れとしては経営者やTop　Leaderの視点からの行動習慣です。

それでは、現場を担当する社員の視点からはこの流れは理解できるでしょうか？

現場では、社員は先ず行動をし続けて、そこに成果を見出して、PDCAの重要性を体感して、経験値となり、効果を生む戦略性、ぶれない自分の価値、そしてやるべき使命を感じ取り、やがて会社のビジョンに共感していくという流れがわかりやすく、納得感があります。

【No means Maybe,Maybe means Yes】

It has been my dream to conduct "Universal KANSAY leadership learning in English ever since 1963, Wow, it has been more than a Half Century Journey to get here.

Today, I want to share with you some episodes that seems to be "So True " but it keeps happening, and so simple.

Traveling over half century, I have learned that there is unfailing truth behind that overwhelming "NO".

I call it , " Upgrades of No" , and it goes like this:
So simple,
No big deal.
Only three steps:

"No means Maybe.
Maybe means Yes,
Yes means Time to Move On to Next Level."

If you are world traveler you may have experienced once or two to get upgrades for airline seat from economy to business class, or business to first class.
At hotel, from standard room to Suit room.
These are called up grades.

In life, Bigger Your Dream, you will face overwhelming "No" first,
however,right below that overwhelming " No" , there lies a smell of " Maybe"

So you chase that Maybe.
Sniffing and smelling that a little sweeter smell.

After so many "Maybes", one of that maybe smells a little more sweeter, as if that smell trying to tell you something.

So, you keep sniffing and follow that sweeter smell of " Maybe".
At times, I felt like a little hungry dog, keep sniffing tens, hundreds, and at times thousands of that " Maybe".

Then, one morning that " Maybe" turns out to be Overwhelming 'Yes".

Today, is that morning of overwhelming "Yes" after half century of my journey for excellence.

『一瞬で人生観を変えてしまう』

技術畑の勉強をして社会にでてから、このような言葉になんとなく抵抗ともいえなくても違和感を感じていました。何でもLogicで考えてしまう習慣が染み付いてしまっていたのです。

しかし、熱烈な恋愛をしてGlobal 会社の仕事を去り、Hawaiiに愛妻と生活をするように成ってから、振り帰っててみれば、人生の大きな進化・成長は　この『一瞬の出来事』で決まってきたのでした。

『一瞬の出来事』＝Just One Look, That all it took.　は潜在意識が活性しているときだったのすね。

Feeling First, Logic Second, Lasting Feeling の世界観で
潜在意識を動員できる人生は豊かで楽しく幸福な人生になります。

広之進こと佐藤Mikihiro氏をお見舞いに行ってきました。と言うか愛弟子ですのでしごいてきました。

多くのファンの皆様に応えようとしてオーバーワークをしてしまう広之進です。

そこで私の人生の7層説の下から三つをしごき直してきました。
それは志を達成するために絶対的な必要な物です。

三つとは、食欲、睡眠欲、性欲です。

帰りに手をしっかり握って肩に手をかけて写真を撮った時
以前よりもりも多くなった白髪を見た時、広之進の努力を思い愛しく感じました。
