Our next workshop is coming up on Tuesday, April 7, at the Hoover Public Library at 6:30 pm. Becca Poe, a licensed and professional counselor, will be giving us practical tips when dealing with anxious kids. Many of you have read The Anxious Generation and understand from firsthand experience what it's like to have anxiety or live with someone who has anxiety. This event is FREE and all are welcome!
