As a small business owner and the sole technician, one of the most challenging parts of my job is managing scheduling and staying on time. In appliance repair, even straightforward jobs can uncover unexpected issues. This vanity is currently on sale for $325 before tax at the big box store, and that’s exactly what I’m asking here – but you skip the drive and the wait and best of all you support a local business. It comes with an integrated ceramic sink top, three faucet holes for an 8” widespread faucet (not included), soft‑close magnetic door stoppers, metal handles, and solid wood legs.

This classic is heading to TM Blast & Paint LLC for a full cleanup and fresh retro paint job, and then I’ll dive into restoring the cooling system. The best part? When it’s done, this one’s going home as a surprise gift for my wife. This freezer has been serviced by a technician and has a new evaporator fan motor installed, so the airflow and temperature are where they should be. It’s been cleaned, inspected, and is freezing properly. Shelves, baskets, and door bins are all in place, and the door gasket seals well.
