Nazario informed me on that after taking the Cold Calls and Follow Up class, he took action that same day and called ten of his past customers. Some have been over five years since his last contact. Nazario received several referrals, one in the market for land and another referring him to someone looking to downsize, so they needed to sell their current home and purchase another.
