⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CUSTOMER REVIEW

When a customer describes the work as “phenomenal,” “top-tier,” and “flawless,” we don’t take those words lightly.

LaMeisha Ligons recently trusted H.E. Disaster Restoration to replace the carpet in her Liberty County home, and her review speaks to more than how the new flooring looks. It speaks to the experience.

A professional crew. Efficient installation. Quality work. And a finished result she felt confident recommending to others.

“The installation was fast, the crew was professional, and the new carpet looks flawless.”

LaMeisha, thank you for allowing H.E. to serve you and for taking the time to share your experience. Your recommendation means a great deal to our team.

For us, a successful project isn’t only about what the room looks like when the work is finished. It’s also about how the customer feels about the people they trusted to work inside their home.

Thinking about replacing your carpet or updating the flooring in your home? Let H.E. help you take the next step.

Sometimes the first step forward is clearing away what’s in the way.

Overgrown property. Storm debris. Structures that need to come down. Material that needs to be removed before the next phase of a project can begin.

That’s where the Harden Enterprise Services team comes in.

With the right equipment and an experienced team behind it, we’re equipped to assist with demolition, debris removal, land and vegetation clearing, site cleanup, and related project services.

The equipment you see in this clip is another tool that helps us take on tougher jobs and leave properties ready for what comes next.

SOME LESSONS CAN'T BE TAUGHT. THEY HAVE TO BE LIVED.

Years in this business will teach you a lot.

We've seen what happens after the storm passes and families are left figuring out what comes next. We've worked through insurance processes, unexpected conditions behind walls, changing schedules, difficult decisions, construction challenges and those moments when the original plan simply wasn't going to work.

But some of our greatest lessons haven't come from construction at all. They've come from people.

We've learned that a customer may not remember every technical detail of a project, but they'll remember whether you answered the phone. They'll remember whether you explained what was happening. They'll remember how you handled the problem nobody expected. And they'll remember whether they felt like their home and their concerns mattered.

That's the kind of knowledge you don't get from a manual.

Over the years, experience has taught us to look closer, ask better questions, document more, communicate sooner and never assume that because we've seen something before, every situation will be the same.

The years give you experience. The lessons teach you what to do with it. That's where wisdom begins.

And we're still learning.

YOU CAN’T BUILD GREAT PROJECTS WITHOUT GREAT PARTNERSHIPS.

Construction is connected.

The electrician’s work can affect the drywall. The plumber’s schedule can affect the flooring. A material delay can change what happens next. And when something unexpected is uncovered, everyone may have to adjust.

That’s why, at H.E. Disaster Restoration, who we work with matters. Our trade partners bring the skills their individual trades require, but the relationships we value go beyond skill. We want people around our projects who communicate, take pride in their work, respect the customer’s property, work well with the rest of the team and understand the standard we’re working to deliver.

Because when you work together project after project, something changes. You learn how each other communicates. You understand expectations. You know who will pick up the phone when there’s a problem and who will work with the team to find a solution.

That kind of trust isn't created by putting someone's name on a subcontractor list. It's earned through the work.

And when one of our trade partners steps onto an HES project, their work becomes part of the experience our customer will remember.
We don't take that lightly.

The strongest partnerships aren't just built around the project. They're built around a shared commitment to doing the work well.

Every Detail Matters

A project can look finished and still not be ready.

At H.E. Disaster Restoration, quality isn't determined by how something looks from across the room. It's found in the details—the measurements, alignment, finishes, function, and the things that deserve a closer look before we consider the work complete.

Quality control happens throughout the project, not just at the end. Our team checks the work as it progresses, and as we move closer to completion, that attention becomes even more important. Walk-throughs, measurements, punch lists, final adjustments, and touch-ups help us identify what still needs attention and make sure those items are addressed.

Sometimes it's a small cosmetic detail. Other times, it's something that needs to be corrected before the next phase can move forward. Either way, our approach is the same: don't overlook it just because the project is almost finished.

At H.E. Disaster Restoration, quality control means taking responsibility for the work, addressing what needs attention, and making sure the finished project reflects the standard we've committed to delivering.

Because almost finished isn't the same as finished right.

That's the HES story: taking care of the details because every detail is part of the work we put our name on.

THE VOICE BEHIND THE PHONE

If you called HES over the last couple of months, there’s a good chance the voice on the other end belonged to Malachi Obryant.

But answering the phone was only the beginning. This summer, Malachi joined HES as a college intern, and he quickly became part of the everyday rhythm of our operation.

He communicated with customers and vendors. He provided project updates. He created purchase orders. He assigned tasks. He helped track the project managers, field assistants, and personnel working across our projects.

And with every responsibility, he was learning something you can’t always learn in a classroom: how a business actually moves.

He learned how communication affects a customer’s experience. How one missing detail can impact the field. How the office and job site depend on each other. And how responsibility means other people are counting on you to follow through.

What started as a summer internship became real-world experience, real responsibility, and real impact. And Malachi stepped up. We watched him learn, adjust, take initiative, and grow throughout the summer, and he did an amazing job.

That’s what made this internship successful.

It wasn’t about giving a college student something to do for the summer. It was about giving a young person an opportunity to learn the business by becoming part of the business.
Malachi, thank you for the work you put in, the professionalism you showed, and the contribution you made to HES this summer.

You weren’t just our summer intern. You were part of the team. And we’re proud of what you accomplished.

While we’re sorry to see you leave, we’re excited to see what the future holds for you. As you return to college, we hope you carry with you the experience, confidence, and skills you gained this summer. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep pursuing your goals—we know you have a bright future ahead.

Thank you again, Malachi, and best wishes for a successful year at college. You’ll always be welcome at HES.

This is what added capability looks like in the field.

HES recently added new equipment to our operation, and now you can see exactly what that investment makes possible.

In this clip, our team is using the forest mulcher to work through thick, overgrown vegetation and open up space that would otherwise take far more time and labor to clear. But the equipment is only part of the story.

When you bring in HES, you’re not just getting access to a machine. You’re getting the team that knows how to operate it, manage the work, and move the project forward safely and efficiently.

For us, adding new equipment is about one thing: being better prepared to take on the work our customers need done.

🎥 Take a look at the new equipment in action.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WHEN THE WORK MEANS MORE THAN THE WORK

Some reviews remind us why we do what we do.

Ms. Beverly Epps recently shared her experience after H.E. Disaster Restoration completed the installation of a walk-in shower in her home through Adult Protective Services. For Ms. Epps, this project wasn’t simply about replacing a bathtub. She had real concerns about how the work would be completed and the amount of dust and disruption it could create inside her home.

So when our team arrived, we listened. After evaluating the space, Aston and the crew were able to develop an approach that allowed the existing tile to remain in place while completing the walk-in shower installation. That mattered to her.

And her words afterward meant a great deal to us: “If you have any need to get work done in your home, please contact HE Disaster Restoration… a great Christian, honorable business.” — Beverly Epps

Ms. Epps, thank you for trusting our team and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re also grateful to Adult Protective Services for the opportunity to be part of a project that helped make her home safer and more accessible.

And a special acknowledgment to Aston, Tino, and the crew for representing H.E. with care, professionalism, and quality workmanship. Because sometimes construction is about much more than what gets installed.

It’s about listening to the person who will live with the work when we leave.

Progress You Can See

Once a restoration project begins, the work can change quickly from one day to the next. Walls are opened, damaged materials are removed, repairs begin, and spaces that once looked torn apart slowly start coming back together. Documenting that progress is an important part of how we manage every project.

Through CompanyCam, our team captures photos throughout the job to create a visual timeline of the work being completed. From the condition we found at the beginning, through the different stages of restoration and reconstruction, to where the project stands today, those photos help us maintain a clear record of what is happening in the field.

📸 But documentation isn't just about taking pictures. It helps our team communicate, verify completed work, identify changes, coordinate next steps, and keep everyone connected to the progress of the project.

For our customers, that means they shouldn't have to wonder, “What's happening with my property?” We believe they deserve to see the progress, understand where the project stands, and know what comes next.

The finished project may be what everyone remembers, but the HES story is also about how we get there.
