SOBER LIVING for women just got a whole lot better! We are preparing to open our first women's house located in Angleton, TX as of this May 2023.

We have officially closed on a house out in Angleton, TX for the purpose of making it into a LUXURY & AFFORDABLE Sober House for women. We are currently using one of our Co-Ed houses in NW Houston as a temporary stay for those ladies that need immediate housing. After this month's temp housing in our NW Houston home, the ladies will depart to "The Siren's Sanctuary." Call and/or text me to set up a phone call interview with your clients.

SOCIAL WARRIORS! We are now in North Houston. I’m happy to announce the opening of our second special needs house- serving people in recovery from substance abuse, veterans, the physically and mentally disabled, as well as those suffering from crisis situations.

This house has been designed to safely house eight residents within its property bounds. Secured by a sliding gate, this Luxe residence exudes a peace of mind. Know that your clients are in a private space reinforced with positivity and love. Our house managers reflect the values of our company which always starts with faith, and continues with unselfish service, gratitude, and excellence. Calling all Caseworkers, Social warriors, Treatment Therapists, and Leaders in the industry! I need your help to give more people a place they can call HOME.

Two and a half years ago my mom passed away due to a brain aneurysm. She was my symbol of hope and led me to become a businessman just like her. She owned a restaurant because growing up in poverty she was the sister to three brothers and rarely got to have a decent meal. Making sure she wasn't starving was a battle that she had to fight every day. Therefore, owning a restaurant allowed her to now be able to feed others- to serve people who are hungry. She also was a strong woman. Her ambition to be the best version of herself inspired other women in the community. She eventually then started to host meetings for organizations like the GEST Foundation. This furthermore inspired me to continue excelling in my Real Estate endeavors and eventually land on putting my properties towards a cause that she would be proud of.

A siren is a mythological creature of unparalleled beauty and cunning wits. It encompasses the traits possessed by Maria S. Huerta. Maria advocated for the empowerment of women and utilized her charming looks as well as her intelligent mind to break the walls of corporate America and become the Huerta family’s first woman entrepreneur. She had a son who founded THE SIRENS BRAND in memory of her passing on May 30, 2019. Her son, Jonah, thus forth made it his mission to promote the story of his beautiful siren mother to the world in the great hopes of inspiring millions out of the darkness that life can often ensue.
