I remember the time I got a survey from the company my anesthesiologist worked for.

Now, I had no earthly idea what they expected me to remember, but I filled it out.

My point here is this: if an anesthesiologist is sending out surveys to their clients (patients), YOUR business should be too! Getting feedback from consumers is one of the top ways to improve service and increase retention.
