Use social media to drive in more customers.

Here are a few things to consider to increase your conversions 👇🏻

1. Set up a complete social media profile - Make sure you have all the necessary info ready. Put your website, contact numbers, services you offer, address, and etc.

2. Set up chatbot automations - Some people will message you directly without looking at your profile. So it's best to set up flows for frequently asked questions so you can answer your customer queries even when you're already out of your operating times.

3. Provide value - Don't just sell. Curate content that adds value to your client.

4. Work on getting more reviews - This helps you build credibility.

▪️The wisdom of the crowd: This type of social proof is when a large group of people is seen to be endorsing your brand.

Examples: having thousands of customers or millions of followers on your social media profiles.
