**Now Hiring: Production Supervisor**
**Location: Northwest Houston**
**Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour** *(based on experience and shift)*
TMC Workforce Solutions is seeking a strong **Production Supervisor** to lead operations in a **fast-paced kitting facility**. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can keep production moving, motivate teams, and quickly identify and address bottlenecks in the assembly process.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Supervise production associates in a manual kit assembly environment
* Keep production running at established standard rates
* Motivate, coach, and support employees to drive performance
* Identify bottlenecks and help implement solutions to improve flow
* Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance
* Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Previous supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, kitting, assembly, or warehouse operations
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly
* Good communication and organizational skills
* A hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
**Requirements:**
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Must be able to pass a **drug test** and **background check** as part of the pre-hire process
