Our team recently came together in Charleston, West Virginia, and Williston, North Dakota, to celebrate Safety Days! Our HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team emphasized the importance of workplace safety and ensured all team members knew the latest safety protocols and best practices. Both events offered first aid, CPR & AED certifications. In Charleston, a training ambulance was also available, equipped with a state-of-the-art training manikin that simulates a range of medical emergencies, including childbirth.

🔥 What do you do when the conditions are +385°C (725°F) with 11 bar pressure? A globe valve, traditionally used in these conditions, throttled the flow of the superheated steam, and the generator’s maximum power was lower than the target. We found a solution for our customer by offering ball valves with a full-bore design that allowed for better flow without a drop in pressure. After testing, the desired generator maximum power was reached, and the problem was solved.
