I am deeply humbled and honored to be recognized as Woman of Grace by Winners of the World Global Magazine.

This recognition means even more to me because of the woman behind it, Dr. Sonia White. Her heart for survivors, for women who have walked through breast cancer and domestic violence and come out the other side still standing, still giving, still leading, is a testament to what real purpose driven leadership looks like. Beyond this event, Dr. White has always made it a point to recognize women for their efforts and their commitment to helping other women. That kind of consistency says everything about who she is. Dr. White and her organization have created something rare: a space where strength, survival, and sisterhood are not just words on a ribbon but a lived experience for every woman in the room.

To be honored alongside a celebration of survivors is a blessing. This is not about a title. It is about standing in solidarity with women who have faced some of life’s hardest battles and chosen hope, healing, and empowerment anyway.

The Political Reality We Don’t Talk About…,

Can we have an honest conversation about something we all know but rarely say out loud?

Every organization has politics. Yours included.

I don’t care how flat your structure is. How transparent your culture claims to be. How much you emphasize meritocracy. Power dynamics exist. Competing agendas exist. Informal influence networks exist.

And right now, your high-potential managers are trying to navigate all of it with absolutely no roadmap.

Some figure it out. They watch, they learn, they build the right relationships, they position themselves strategically.
Others—often your most principled, integrity-driven leaders—stay stuck.

Not because they’re less capable.
