As 2020 is coming to a brisk close, I am more incline to give thanks than to complain, mainly because I am still alive. I am so proud of the way my family and my people have handled the challenge.

We have managed to dodge the effects of COVID; we survived Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta; the house in LC did well, but the rental property damage is substantial. The apartments should be back up and running in a year. Thank heavens for good insurance.

My entire staff has done such an excellent job, working hard, staying on task with all the distractions, and as always taking ownership in the work. However, I most definitely want to take this opportunity to give credit to my COO Evan Poole, Manager Ruth Strange and Manager Chris Pry. These three people make my life possible. Thank you to my family and thank you my staff for performing so well during a difficult period.
