Ask a national supplier who commissions your generator. The honest answer is usually "you do."
That is the actual difference between buying a box and buying a working bench, and it does not show up on the quote.
Here is what an on-site gas project looks like when a local partner runs it with you.
Assess. A Sales Engineer reviews your detectors, your current gas sources and your real flow demand at peak rather than average. Free, and you keep the written specification whether or not you buy anything.
Spec. Model selection with headroom for the instruments you are adding next, not only the ones you are running today.
Commission. On site, once the equipment is placed and connected, verified against specification before anyone relies on it.
Train. Your analysts and facilities team, on the actual unit, not a slide deck.
Support. Preventive maintenance, calibration, parts and service. The part that decides whether year three is uneventful.
Two things stay with you, and we are direct about both. Physical placement and plumbing belong to your facility or your contractor. Method re-establishment belongs to your lab, because your analysts have to be the ones who validate it. We share what we have seen work across other conversions and we are on the phone while you do it.
Same engineer through all five steps.
