We’re halfway through the week. Take a breath.
Look at what you’ve done since Monday and ask the honest question: did any of it move the needle, or did it just keep the plates spinning?
No judgment either way. Most of us were never handed a filter for this. The work all feels urgent, so we do all of it, and by Friday the business is sitting right where it started.
You still have three days. That’s plenty.
Pick the one thing that would make this week count and protect the time for it. Everything else can wait or go to someone else.
You are always the ceiling in your company, and that’s good news. The whole thing moves when you do.
