Do you have a true, clear vision as the leader of your group? If not, stop and re-group so that the hallucinations, madness and wasting of time stops. If you are not sure, ask your team what they see as the vision you have put in front of them. If they don't see your vision, you have your answer....

January's Challenge went out today. "Celebrate what you want to see more of." ~ Thomas J Peters. Celebrate the "wins" before racing on to the next task. A little happy dance can go a long way with team members. Encouragement & recognition of jobs well done is a great (and cost effective) motivator.
