Free consultation before all cleanings: via Skype, FaceTime or in person

Standard 1 bd-$95 for 2 hrs $50 every hr after the first two hrs
2 bd- $125 $50 every hr after the first 3 hrs
3 bd $175 $50 every hr after the first 4 hrs
4 bd and call for pricing..

Standard includes: kitchen: load dishwasher, counters wiped down, microwave inside and out cleaned, top of stove cleaned table top wiped down, floors swept and mopped, blinds dusted,

Living room, all furniture dusted and wiped down including any glass, blinds and ceiling fans dusted, floors vacuumed and mopped.

Bathroom: showers and bathtub cleaned and water stain removed, toilets cleaned , sinks and mirrors cleaned and outside of cabinets wiped down, floors swept and mopped and trash taken out

Bedrooms: dust, clean sheets placed on bed ( only if washed and dried already) ceiling fans dusted, blinds dusted and wiped down floors vacuumed or mopped.

All trash will be thrown out by cleaner and trash bags will be placed in trash cans.
Extra services: Laundry $30 per load wash and dry, windows :$20 interior only, Fridge $20, Oven Cleaning $20

Payment: invoice of service will be sent the day of booking. invoice payment will be sent 24 hrs before service.. all payment types are welcomed.. Venmo, cash, check, square cash
