Being a woman is one of the dopest things ever. We can look at one another and give each other a nod and a smirk that can brighten up each other's day without a word being said. We are innately nurturing so if we see a sis struggling, we'll gather her together and support her back to herself.

We give birth to nations, create homes, develop businesses, and overall just run s**t. Hats off to all of you fabulous women who are multi tasking through life and killing it.

Black History is American History and should be celebrated more than just 28 days a year.

Many African Americans have made countless contributions to this country and we celebrate them for their voice, their sacrifice, and their accomplishments.

As an African American woman, I am beyond proud of the ancestry from which I come. The lineage. The heritage. The culture. The melanin. It's everything. I encourage everyone reading this post to learn about 1 new African American figure a week who has made history in this country in honor and celebration of Black History Month.

I know I know...we think we can do it all but one thing you have to acknowledge is to KNOW THY STRENGTHS. In business, it is always best to refer to the experts in handling certain areas because if you aren't good with finances, your business is not the place to start learning financial discipline and organization. Hire a bookkeeper. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you are not a creative person and don't know how to market your business nor know how to create graphics for your social media, don't spend hours upon hours researching how to market your brand when you can apply those hours towards operating your business. There are many factors that keep people from creating their own business. Some feel as if they don't have enough resources to begin while some feel overwhelmed by the startup process. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever your reasons may be, things will seem impossible until you do it. There is no obstacle free plan to do anything in life so mentally prepare yourself for obstacles and keep it moving towards your goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

+ Fear of Failure: Failing may or it may not happen. You have ⠀
to take a chance on yourself and trust you to give your

people smarter than you. Hire a great accountant, manager,
