What have we been up to for the past nine months you may ask?
As the founder, I’ve just put my head down and wanted to see what I could do with what I had and honor others and my current commitments in the process.
I’ve worked in healthcare along MA since the very beginning. My passion towards the geriatric community is the same as my calling towards young adults and entrepreneurs. Like anything else, you should constantly be learning and growing so that’s what we’ve been doing.
I entered into healthcare administration full time last summer and do find meaning and enjoyment in what I do. Within the role of an administrator of a skilled nursing facility, I make sure my facility is abiding by federal and state regulations, lead 30+ team members, manage a multi-million dollar budget, solve problems every other minute, empower others, and share intimate moments with families.
This alone has added to my experience and knowledge based as a consultant in a multitude of ways. For me to invest in you as a start up, an individual, I need to continually keep investing in myself. This is one of the ways in which I’m doing so.
It’s not always a great day yet it’s a day to grow and encourage others to do the same!
So, what’s to come? In the coming months, I will be hosting a in to share with others some of my current experiences in business and how it relates to your workplace and/or your start up! Share with an individual if you know they are pursuing a start up AND/OR they want to be fulfilled in the work they do.
