Lately, Iโve spent a lot of time (rightfully) discussing emerging AI capabilities and the evolution of digital tools. They are incredible force multipliers. But amidst the buzz, it is easy to forget that a tool is only as good as the "real work" it produces.
At Miller Public Relations, I help clients communicate with specific audiences to achieve their larger-scale business goals. My clients aren't looking for a tech demo; they are looking for solutions to complex problems. Whether a strategy is built with the latest technology or traditional expertise (usually a combination of both), the value lies in the outcome, not the mechanisms.
New technology helps us move exponentially faster, but it is never a substitute for the actual work of moving the needle.
