As founder and president of Held Welds & Fabrication, I am excited to announce that as of 10.01.23 we have surpassed last year's total sales. We ended last year just shy of 250k and currently we only need slighly over 100k to meet our projection of 400k EoYS for 2023.

Last Friday was something new totally and a first time doing something like this.... I gave a paid day off for internal office people and sent them on an all day paid day retreat for their hard work and dedication. Ended the day with bonuses down the line and had an amazing experience doing something I always wished my bosses would have done for me.

Just to imagine where I was 10 years ago to where I am today is amazing honestly. I have a new startup also under the AAE umbrella coming soon. As hopefully sooner than later you will be able to buy a product we are producing at your local supermarkets, that's all I can say on the matter.
