Jill is the founder and owner of Premier Coastal Roofing & Construction, a Bay City-based, woman-owned roofing company serving the Texas Gulf Coast. In an industry long dominated by men, Jill didn’t just enter the room — she built her own. With hands-on experience, a deep commitment to quality, and a heart for her community, Jill personally oversees every project from start to finish, ensuring her clients are treated not as customers, but as valued neighbors.
