Bridge Builders Education Consulting Bridge Builders is an Education Consulting Group that is committed to closing the communication gap between school and the home. She really had seen it all! Mrs.

Candice Lewis is the Founder and Senior Consultant at Bridge Builders Education Consulting. She received her Master’s Degree from the University of Houston – Victoria in Educational Leadership and Supervision in 2005. Candice began her career in education in 1999 as a Special Education Teacher in the Houston Independent School District (HISD). She continued on this path and soon became a Special E

ducation Administrator for one the regional offices of the district. After leaving HISD, Candice was named the Principal of a Charter School for At-Risk students who were mandated there by the Juvenile Justice System and/or CPS. Later, she became the Principal for a small private high school and Director of Education at a Technology / Business School. By this time in her career, there wasn’t anything that happened at school that surprised or scared her…. Throughout her career of working with at-risk students, Candice saw the need to coach the parents of her students and begin a dialogue that would empower the school and the home to present a united front to students. In 2013, Mrs. Lewis founded Bridge Builders. Currently, Mrs. Lewis provides coaching, training and consulting to parents and educators. Bridge Builders also specializes in partnering with small private and charter school leaders for consulting, professional development and accreditation writing.
