Ven Global Strategies (VGS) is thrilled to welcome our 2018 MBA Fellow for Change Management, Harlan Trevithick! Harlan will graduate in December 2018 from The George Washington University’s MBA program. She brings eight years of experience driving nonprofits and athletic organizations to achieve their strategic goals through leadership, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

Harlan's passion for human capital management and facilitating business change will help VGS with a technology change initiative for a major transportation organization. She will assist our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team with the change management strategy, communications plan, training plans, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and leadership alignment, and the final go-live transition plan.
