Each of our clients looks at a real estate investment we present to them from a different point of view. Understandably every investor has an objective and the prospect property has to fit their goal in buying it.
However, a real estate investor also knows that it's all in the numbers for the property to make sense. We always advise our client investors not to get attached to a property and for example, remodel it the way they would want to live in it. This is an Investment Property after all, and it makes sense to keep an eye on the best way to maximize the ROI on it.

The fact is each of us has an objective: Short or Long term investment, ROI, Tax advantaged, passive vs active, ... So for each customers, our most important phase is always to discuss first their objectives, before we go hunting for their right real estate investment. This exploration time first is our way to achieve client objectives and meet their expectations.
