Most people already have what they need to start creating… they just need to set the phone up better 🎥✨

Episode 1: Set Your Camera Up

1. USE WHAT YOU HAVE.
Your phone is enough. Stop waiting on the “perfect setup” to start showing up.

2. GET THE PHONE OUT YOUR HAND & GET YOU A STAND.
I said what I said 😂
A tripod, books, a cup, dashboard… something.
Holding the phone the whole time can make content feel distracting.

3. CLEAN THEM LENS.
PLEASE 😭
Keep a wipe on deck because fingerprints and smears will ruin the quality before you even hit record.

4. BACK THE CAMERA UP.
The camera does not need to be all in your face 😂
Give yourself some space in the frame so people focus on your message, not your nostrils.

5. STOP MAKING CONTENT ONLY ABOUT YOU.
This the one.

Instead:
• create around things people can relate to
• teach something
• solve a problem
• show your real life realistically
• build community
• connect your content to what you’re building

Your page should help people understand:
“What do you do?”
“How can you help me?”
“Why should I stay here?”

BIG MOOD, Happy May ☺️

Hey sis, just in case you needed the reminder… May is here ☀️

Step out of your head and back into your life. Turn the music up, yes, that one 🙌🏽
Move your body, laugh a little more, go outside.

Have fun. Release the opinions that were never yours to carry. Read that book. Drink your water. Eat your fruit. Nourish yourself.

Do your nails. Try something new with your hair. Book the trip. Wear the outfit. Take the pictures and POST whatever you want.

Walk like you know who you are.
This is your season and this is your reminder to act like it 💛✨

Pack with me ✈️

First time packing light and doing carry-on only… and I’m not going back 😂

I kept it simple and only brought what I actually needed, no overpacking.

All my liquids were in travel-size bottles (3.4 oz) so I got through TSA with no issues ✔️

Swapped out some liquids for wipes too… less weight, less hassle.

I even packed my own snacks from home and that came in clutch on that long flight.

Overall… smooth, no baggage claim, no stress.

I might be a carry-on only girl now 🙌🏽

I don’t pop out often… but when I do, it’s always worth it.

Good energy, learned what I needed, and got right back to it.

But listen… Canva is about to shake things up 👀

They are having a New AI features dropping April 23rd and it’s giving all-in-one platform for brands, business owners, and content creators.

I’m excited to see how this shifts the way we create and show up 😌✨

Let’s talk about healing for a second… 🤍

Today was one of those moments. If I can be honest, this whole month and year has been🙌🏽

In therapy today, we talked about the past, present, and future.… and for the first time, it all felt aligned.

After 7 years of doing the work on myself, I can truly say I’ve gotten back to me and that’s who I’ve always been. Just stronger. More grounded. More at peace.

Pay attention when you start to do things you haven’t done in a while but use to love to do, those are some sign of your prime ☺️

I’m not overdoing it. I’m not forcing anything. I’m staying in my lane and allowing life to meet me where I am.

And yeah, with growth comes new fears. The kind that remind you how far you’ve come because you never want to go back. But instead of running from that, be proud of who you are right now.

No rush. No pressure. Just alignment… and peace within.

If you’re in a good moment right now, don’t skip past it. Sit in it. Feel it. Be present in it. Everything doesn’t have to be chaotic to mean you’re growing… peace is a sign too 🤍
