Truthful Tuesday: I have noticed how the generational curse of absence have affected me as a daughter, mother, wife, and CEO of my own organization. I was once self-conscious because of the absence of a parent, which then manifested in my marriage as self-sabotage. Later evolving into the imposter syndrome in my career and my company.

It's something that we don't talk about often but I think if we want to really live differently in 2022, we have to immerse ourselves in the gift of the present and fill the absence with what makes us whole rather than full(short term desire). Make being present a principle in your life not a goal for 2022.

Wisdom Wednesday: There has never been a better time than now to trust in God while on your leadership Journey.

I am trusting you God. You are my God. My future is in your hands. Psalm 31: 14

In full transparency this was and still is difficult to do while running my business and while leading. But the more I believed and trusted God, the more limitless the possibilities became for me, my family, my company and for my life.
