First full week of the new year that means our first check-in of the year! So, how are we feeling?

It’s okay to feel and sit with exactly what you feel this month. At the new year, everyone always talks about setting new goals, new resolutions, and diving in head first to start that trek. But honestly, that doesn’t work for everyone. For some, a new year is just a continuation in time - not a declaration of “new”.

Change is not immediate - it takes time, patience, and planning. So it’s okay if you use this time just to catch your breath before making baby steps. Or better yet, it’s okay if you don’t plan on changing anything and you’re just planning to do your best one day at a time. If I’m being honest, that is all I want this year. To be, to find mindfulness, not to survive and force things into motion. To move at my own pace and not pay attention to everyone else’s big goals and accomplishments. To breathe in and out and make decisions based on what’s best for me, this company, and our wellbeing. To be 100% unapologetically, loud & honestly, proudly & simply me.
