A woman-owned and managed consulting agency headquartered in Houston, Texas, Cameo Advisory Group offers a range of services in culture and compliance; talent and leadership development; business process and change management; and training and education. The firm brings diversity, engagement flexibility, and client-focused, ROI-driven solutions to the business consulting and learning development industries. Focused on simplifying barriers to success, evolving mindsets, cultivating positive behaviors, and producing lasting results, we provide proven expert guidance and program creation to help companies flourish and avoid risk. At Cameo Advisory, no ‘one-size-fits-all’ or ‘old-school’ consulting and learning development methodology will do. Getting to the root of each client’s unique issue and working to solve an organization’s puzzle is where the joy of our job is derived. At the heart of our approach is a belief that the core of any company is its employees. Prioritizing them in corporate actions ensures all other aspects of growth, change, and development fall into place, yielding strong, innovative, and successful organizations. We believe a winning, bespoke consulting experience for each client starts with listening before acting. Start-up or large company, we offer industry-agnostic services to all corners of an organization, including cross-company task forces. Our experience has proven that when different stakeholders partner on a project or initiative, the results are more sustainable and value -- both economic and practical -- is optimized. Compliance, human resources, training and education, legal, project sponsors, or company executives, we support them all by playing a cameo role to help align strategy, process, message, and people to create a high-performance organization.
