This shoot started as a simple Mother’s Day session idea, but it ended up becoming something different

Lately, I’ve been trying to reconnect with the joy of photography again. Not just taking cute photos, but creating photos that actually feel emotional and tell a story.

My usual style is very bright, natural, and true to color. But with this shoot, I wanted to try something different. More candids. More close-ups. More movement. More intimacy. I wanted the photos to feel soft, emotional, and almost like a memory.

I also experimented with editing in a way that felt a little different from what I usually do. More focused on emotion and storytelling. I’m really thankful that was so open to trying something different with me and trusted the process 🤎
