We have put together a sales staff comprised of experienced individuals who understand cuttting tools and machining operations. Their expertise and willingness to help is one of our most important assets. We have built an inventory based upon sales history, indust

ry trends and technological advancements. We like to stock what others consider "non-stock". We love to hear our customers and competitors say "Bass has it!" If you can't find it -- call us. Chances are that we stock it, and if we don't, we will get it for you. Our computer system is very flexible and among many of its capabilities, it allows us to customize your file to reflect specially-quoted pricing and include your own internal part numbers which will be shown on packing slips and invoices. For our local customers, we offer technical support by our outside sales staff and free delivery up to twice a day. We have created an "Inventory Management Team" which assists customers with managing and organizing their inventory so they always have ample supply of tools and can track usage per job and per employee. The most sophisticated computerized dispensing storage units are being utilized for that purpose and our trained staff is always there to assist during and after the initial installation.
