Demonstrating our technology to a new customer. Running an excellent evaluation with parts that are showing significantly better finishes and tooling insert life has increased. The customer's biggest issues were rancidity and tramp oil emulsification into the coolant. Our product is showing no signs of microbial growth and rejecting tramp oil nicely. Here we have a great example of our PT-8005s Tramp oil rejection properties. Tramp oil rejection is critical to maintaining your coolant, and tooling life. Solid tramp oil rejection also increase the efficacy of your skimmers as they will remove less coolant and more oil waste. If the tramp oil isn’t removed effectively it can open the door to bacteria growth, fungus and more. Reach out to us if your shop is having issues with any of the above and we will be more then happy to come out take samples, clean a machine to trial our coolant and offer any insights we find through analyzing your coolant sample. Good morning Facebook! The team at Precision Fluids hopes everyone had a great weekend and is recharged for this beautiful Monday. We want this page and platform to help educate our brothers and sisters in the manufacturing industry on the importance of metal working fluids and specifically what aspects of the coolant you can use to measure its effectiveness.
