Results from my final final of my academic journey- 345.1 out of 350 possible points. And my professor's remarks brought tears to my eyes: Overall Feedback

This is an excellent paper! It is exactly what we're looking for in terms of being a great final deliverable. I'm pleased with this effort and product. It's clear to me that you have a comprehensive and very good understanding of the case study. Remember, it's difficult to score exemplary and you did so in virtually all categories of evaluation. Very nicely done! As you have no major opportunity areas to work on I only have some very brief comments in the rubric for you to review. Please note that the bulk of my individualized feedback was provided in your individual milestone submissions so for the most part I merely confirmed the quality of your work in this final submission.
Let me also say that I think that the learnings from this course are invaluable to your career moving forward. Kotter's model is not only at the forefront of organizational change management efforts worldwide, you are certain to run into elements of it (if not indeed the whole model itself) as you interact with senior leaders in many large and small organizations alike. You'd be wise to keep these learnings top of mind as you continue on with your career as they'll serve you very well.
Finally, I'd just like to say how much that I've enjoyed having you in class. You have demonstrated very good work in all aspects of the deliverables. It's been a joy to work with you.
