We moved in about six months ago, and my cupboards are already needing a major tidy up. All boxed items used once a year around holiday season are getting pushed to the very top cabinets, the cookbooks I’ve memorized are going up there too until I can regift them, shelves within arms reach are for the every day items. Countertop decluttered and tidy.

Easy Rosh Hashana Salad

4 pomegranates
1 bag matchstick carrots
1 bunch Italian parsley
1 pink lady apple
1/2 cup dressing

Homemade Dressing Recipe if you don’t want to use the Panera dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons apple c***r vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt pepper garlic powder mix

This is me, your personal chef and local organizer. I spent almost a decade cooking and organizing privately owned yachts at sea. I weathered the struggle of COVID, being stuck at dock and unable to visit family for almost 6 months. I think the most challenging part was coping with my mental health during my first Atlantic crossing. I didn’t see land for 12 days straight. We started in the South of France, made our way to Gibraltar, Ceuta, Tenerife and then made the long trip to Puerto Rico before settling into Miami for the Winter season. I love a challenge. I love feeding people. I’ve always had a travel bug and now that Im a mom I see the same sense of adventure in my son. I’m honest, transparent, and an immaculate chef. I’ll never show up to your house with artificial nails, and I never forget my hat and apron. I’m discrete, respectful, and look forward to making my next client the perfect custom menu or space.
