I haven’t talked to you guys in a while!
So many new things happening in my businesses lately! I have experienced so much growth mentally and within my clients that I am very grateful for!
I started a business Instagram under the name of _imyourbookkeeper_
I will be sharing my primary content through there. For those of you who want to know what kind of content I will be posting there:
“ How do I get my clients to trust me?”
You seriously ask yourself this so often. When speaking to someone you want to yellllllll from the rooftops that your what they need! That you’ll treat their money like PRECIOUS CARGO. But how do you do that from the very start?
❌ say “you can trust me “ repeatedly not only do they already expect you to be trust worthy to some extent if you are on a discovery call, they want proof.
✅Trust is something that is developed through time. You must show them. Be completely honest in what you can do for them. Tell them about experiences with other clients. This will reinforce their thoughts about whether you are a good fit for them or not.
❌Over promise, deliver
✅ reminder : UNDER PROMISE- OVER DELIVER. Not only will they be pleasantly surprised but they will be much more likely to continue to be a long term client.
❌be over professional.
✅ People like relatable people. Always keep respect. Yet, your clients are gonna feel more willing to open up with you if you seem like a REAL PERSON.
And so important....be yourself. How can someone like you if you don’t even like to be you? Remember, your ideal client is ideal because they are compatible to you, not because they are advantageous for you.
