Yes, we primarily work with younger children here at Avilo, but we are very aware that these babies will soon be adults so the workforce should be prepared.

Our CEO, Michelle Atanu represented Avilo Pediatric Solutions & Consulting at the SHINE 2026 – Symposium Honoring Important and Notable Educators!

The conference was hosted in Round Rock, Texas at the beautiful Kalahari Resorts.

Michelle was honored to host the workshop Infancy Through the Senses, where she taught 80 early childhood professionals how to help infants eat, move, play and communicate.

Michelle strongly believes in strengthening the pediatric workforce through education, hands on learning and community collaboration.
