Today was about showing up and pushing myself.
I had a simple idea yesterday, grab cardstock, print a few custom cards, pick up red carnations, and personally deliver them to physicians in my community for Doctor’s Day. No big production, just a kind gesture.
The truth is, the work they do deserves to be acknowledged in real life, not just online.
While I was out, I also shared more about National Physicians Week and the work we’re doing through Physicians Working Together, especially our focus on building a stronger pipeline of physician mentors to support our medical student scholarship programs.
That part matters deeply to me. It’s about legacy, access, and making sure the next generation is supported by those who’ve already walked the path.
I’ve never been the “sales” type because I don’t like being sold to. I’ve always led with service and let the work speak. Getting out of the office today challenged that narrative for me. I better sell if I want to see the kind of growth I desire.
After college, I started my career at JPMorgan Chase and intensive sales training was the foundation. Relationship building, trust, understanding people, that’s already in me. I just had to tap back into it.
Art2Lectual Creative Consulting has always been the strategy behind the message, the structure behind the ex*****on, and today was a reminder that I’m ready to be more visible in that role, especially alongside physicians who are building, leading, and evolving their practices.
If you’re ready to align your practice with the level of care you deliver, I’m here to help you build it, strategically and intentionally.
