What made you join BNI South Houston?

The businesses in the chapter truly complemented mine. A realtor. A mortgage lender. A tax professional. These are all people I can actively network with and confidently support by serving their clients well.

What stood out even more was the leadership. The president and members were genuinely people oriented. From the start, it felt less like a meeting and more like a group of friends working toward the same goal.

The overall energy, the relationships, and the culture are what set it apart. The vibe at BNI South Houston is simply unmatched.

What advice would you give a new business owner who just joined BNI?

If you do not put in the effort, you will not get results. Some people join but never fully engage. They skip one to ones. They do not build relationships. And without chemistry or trust, it is hard for anyone to confidently send business your way.

Start by building at least one strong relationship in the chapter. Form it. Nurture it. Let that connection grow. That is where referrals begin.
