Between Two Cities is a collaboration with the 513 Craft Brew 2.0 Cincinnati Beer Group, this milkshake-style IPA pairs Belma, El Dorado, and Citra hops with marshmallow, lactose, and Sky Farm watermelon terpenes. Malted barley, flaked wheat, and malted oats shape a full, smooth mouthfeel, while watermelon and marshmallow carry through for a distinctive drinking experience.

We are proud to share that our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sky Island Red, was just awarded a Gold Medal and a 94 point rating at the annual New York Wine Classic. 🍷🏅

This is the biggest annual judging of New York wines, and more golds go to Hudson Valley wineries every year—24 Golds for our region this time!

Reversing the alphabet (we’re tired of always being last! 🤣):

Whitecliff, Quartz Rock, Rosina’s, Millbrook, Milea, Fjord, and Benmarl all winning golds combine to make the Valley a great place to come for fine wine!

Another Bear sighting at Stoutridge… and once again, absolutely no reason to panic. 🐈‍⬛

Bear, our resident distillery 🐈‍⬛ and self appointed tasting room supervisor, was caught on the bar making sure everything was up to his very demanding standards before opening.

He does not pour.

He does not clean.

He does, however, supervise exceptionally well.

The sun is shinning here on the farm and we have a great weekend lined up starting with a fresh keg of a beer we are very excited to share. The brew team has been fine tuning Secret Caves behind the scenes and we ran a small batch with some new Citra and we are quite pleased with the result. Available on tap and in crowlers to go while it lasts.

Secret Caves - 8% DIPA that was aggressively dry hopped with Citra, Motueka, and NZ Cascade. $15/32oz crowler, limit 2 per person

Flow Control - 7% IPA aggressively dry hopped with Riwaka, Southern Cross, and Nelson. $26/4 pack, limit 3 per person

Somewhere In Between -5% Pale Ale dry hopped with Nectaron and Citra. $24/4 pack, limit 3 per person.

Sole Purpose NZ Cascade - 5% Pale Ale dry hopped solely with New Zealand Cascade. $24/4 pack, limit 3 per person.
