Oh my friends, how many of us keep learning this over and over... the hard way!?

Working "harder" does not mean "doing more."

It's finding ways to work smarter. It's tuning into the things we're doing that are working. It's finding ways to repeat those wins. It's having clarity to let go and say no to the "busy things" that cloud it.

And, it's an ongoing process 🙏
