How you feel- are you energized throughout the day? Are your sleep & stress levels improved?
How you look- are you happy with the way your body looks? Do your clothes fit better?
How you move- do you see improvements in the way your body performs? Not only during exercise, but in everyday life?

FALL into fitness with these 5 lifestyle changes that will aid in losing fat and building muscle!🍂🏋️‍♀️

PROTEIN- aim for .8-1 gram of protein per pound of GOAL bodyweight daily
CALORIES- eat in a deficit of 300-500 calories per day than your normal intake
WATER- drink AT LEAST half of your bodyweight in ounces every day
SLEEP- shoot for 7-8 hours of sleep every night
STEPS- start walking ~2000 steps more than you average on a daily basis

With online coaching, you will receive a customized program based on your specific fitness goals and the equipment available to you. You’ll complete the program on your own and we’ll meet once-weekly over the phone to review your progress and any questions you may have.

Having a program to follow every time you workout and challenging yourself each week will greatly help to build muscle and improve strength & endurance.
