IT’S OFFICIAL… WE’RE BELLES.

After months of work behind the scenes, we’re excited to finally pull back the curtain and introduce the next chapter of our company.

Belles.

Over the years, we’ve grown, taken on bigger challenges, expanded our capabilities, and built a team we’re incredibly proud of. With that growth came the opportunity to create a brand that better represents who we are today and where we’re headed next.

The name and look may be new, but the people, work ethic, and values behind the company haven’t changed. We’re still the same crew out there moving dirt, building roads, pouring concrete, installing utilities, crushing rock, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.

This rebrand is about more than a new name or a new logo. It’s about how far we’ve come, the people who helped get us here, and an exciting new chapter ahead.

Same people. Same hard work. Same dirt under our boots. Just a new name on the truck.

Welcome to Belles.
We’re just getting started.

👷‍♂️ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: TODD

If you’ve ever tried to get a picture of Todd, you know it’s no easy task!

As a foreman, Todd is known for his attention to detail, getting the job done right, and always being willing to step up to the plate when we need him. He’s the kind of guy you can count on to jump in, take on whatever is thrown his way, and keep things moving.

We appreciate all the hard work Todd puts in and everything he brings to the team!

Just don’t expect him to stick around long enough for the camera. 📸😂

Thanks for all you do, Todd!

Yesterday, we took a little time to celebrate Barry as he officially heads into retirement! 🎉 It’s finally time for him to slow down and enjoy some well-deserved time off.

We celebrated with a taco bar lunch, some laughs, and a few good stories. 🌮

Barry has been a big part of our team, and we’re grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and good times he’s brought along the way.

We hope he enjoys retirement and all the free time that comes with it… although we’re pretty sure it won’t be long before he gets bored and we see him back around here! 😂

Congratulations, Barry! You’ve earned it. Enjoy retirement!

🔧 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JOE 🔧

If there’s a job that needs to be done, Joe is probably the guy you want on it. He’s the definition of a jack of all trades and somehow always seems to know how to make things work.

Whether he’s welding a bucket back together, finishing drywall, fixing something that probably shouldn’t have broken in the first place, or tackling something completely outside the job description—Joe gets it done.

He’s one of those guys who doesn’t need much direction. Give him a problem, a few tools and a little time, and chances are he’ll figure it out.

We’re lucky to have a guy like Joe on the Belles crew!

Thanks for everything you do, Joe

Next up on the list, Barry! Barry has been a valued part of the Belles team as our Safety Officer, helping keep our crews safe, our jobsites in check and the rest of us on our toes.

After putting in the time, Barry is getting ready to hang up the hard hat and head into retirement. We’re definitely going to miss having him around.

Barry, thank you for your dedication and looking out for our people. We appreciate the time you’ve spent helping our crews, sharing your knowledge and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. Your impact will continue to be felt long after you retire.

Enjoy retirement, Barry! You’ve earned it.

We’re switching things up for this one! Darren is our FIRST employee-nominated Employee Spotlight — and apparently, his coworkers had a few things to say.

Darren is a Project Engineer who wears more hats than we can count. If there’s a problem, a question, a curveball or something that needs to be figured out… chances are Darren is somewhere in the mix getting it handled.

So we’re just going to say it… we are very glad Darren decided to leave teaching and come work with us. What a win for us. Seriously. He brought that same patience and problem-solving mindset and now we get to benefit from it every day.

He keeps projects moving, helps keep the rest of us sane and somehow manages to be the go-to guy for just about everything.

So, from the people who work alongside him every day: Darren, you earned this one. 👊

Thanks for always wearing whatever hat the job needs — and for being the guy everyone can count on!

Happy Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Today we’re celebrating the freedoms we often take for granted, along with the families, friends and communities that make America such a great place to call home.

We’re proud to live and work in a country built on hard work, resilience and neighbors helping neighbors. Thank you to our employees, customers, partners and our veterans for helping make those values come to life every day.

A special thank you to ESP Concrete Pumping for inviting us to be part of our very first parade. We had a great time and are grateful for the opportunity!

God Bless America! ❤️🤍💙
