Hey El Dorado fam!
Would you, or someone you know, like to monetize a beautiful piece of vacant land, or some extra space you have, with a unique rental opportunity that will generate revenue?
We're looking to partner up with the right peeps, to get our unique Airbnb -- El Dorado -- back up and running as a rental property!
This is a great business opportunity for someone who is looking for a business partner (us) to get this set up, with a win win rev share, and BOOM, you the property owner can start generating another income stream!
The right peeps need to have the right land, which is in the right zoning for El Dorado. The potential land needs to allow campsites, RV parking, electrical and sewer permits and temporary structures. If you're not sure this applies to your land, then please shoot us a message and we'd be happy to look into the zoning and permits for your property!
FYI - We successfully rented out El Dorado on Airbnb for 6 months in Huntington Beach, California. Due to zoning and permits we were unfortunately unable to continue business. It was loved by all, and is missed by all! Please see attached a detailed blog post with deets on how this trial worked, and what we're looking for next!
So, if you have the land or anyone in your community has the land, we'll work on getting the correct permits for it, we'll drive El Dorado to your location, hook it up to electrical, water and plumbing, and it will be a great way for you to generate revenue with a SUPER COOL AND UNIQUE rental. P.S We're open to upgrades and re-design (that's the easy stuff!)
