Your best people spend half their day on work a system could do.

Claims. Verification. Recalls. Reminders. Data entry. The admin that never ends, running on your team instead of on a system.

Here's the math almost nobody runs. Give five people back five hours a week and that's 1,300 hours a year. Ten hours each and it's 2,600. That isn't a nice-to-have. That's a hire you never make, or hundreds more customers you can actually serve.

So I install the AI OS. An operating system that takes the admin load off your people and gives every seat an assistant they can ask anything, all day.

The part people don't believe until they see it: it's done with you in 30 days. It's conversational, so your team is productive the same day. No thick manual. No month away from the work to learn it.

You stop being the bottleneck. Your team gets their time back.

If you run a business and you're the person everything waits on, this is the fix.

Comment TIME and I'll send you the breakdown.

Happy Father's Day from a Dad with 8 kids who struggled for years.

To the dad who is always there for everyone else. Who never complains. Who is always OK.

Ask him how he is doing and you get the same word every time. Fine.

Here is what fine really means: ๐—™ighting ๐—œnternally ๐—กever ๐—˜xternal.

You never see the battle. The impostor that keeps him small, that tells him he is not doing enough, not good enough. Just a little more. Work harder. Push. So he does. He keeps providing, keeps grinding, keeps pushing it down.

Until he looks up one day and they are grown.

The voice told him the grind was the gift. It lied. The greatest gift a dad can give his family is not one more dollar or one more late night at the office. It is time. Real, present time with Dad.

I am on a mission to help 1,000 dads quiet that voice and get that time back. And this is only the beginning.

To every dad fighting a battle no one sees: I see you.

So here is your move. The 90 Day Challenge: one good decision a day, written down, rated 1 to 10 on how hard it was, for 90 days. Do that and you stop letting the voice run your life and start holding the proof that you can show up, decide, and lead. It runs on my One Good Decision app, and today

Start now. The link is in the first comment.

Happy Father's Day.

Gina and her husband had been sitting on a decision for a long time. They knew they wanted something in their life to change. They just could not name what it was.

That is usually how it goes. The voice does not announce itself. It just keeps you waiting. Not yet. Not ready. Maybe later.

Then an opportunity came along, and with it a move to a place they had always wanted to be. This time they took it.

Here is how Gina said it later: when something new comes into your life, you even question whether you deserve it. And then, "you planted the seed that if I change my mindset, I will have everything I deserve."

You might be the reason your business can't grow.

Five questions will tell you. Answer honest.

1. Does every real decision still run through you?

2. Can you not take a day off without your phone blowing up?

3. Are you the only one who knows how half of it actually works?

4. Are you doing the same tasks over and over that shouldn't be yours?

5. Working more than ever, and it still can't grow past you?

Yes to three or more? Here's the truth. You're the bottleneck. Not your team. Not the market. You.

And you can't hire your way out, because the next person just becomes one more thing you manage.

What fixes it isn't another body. It's a system. An AI operating system that runs the reporting, the busywork, and the follow-ups without you in every loop. Built with you, around how your company actually runs, in about 30 days. You stay in charge. You just get out of the way.

If you counted three or more, it's time to talk.

Comment OS and I'll DM you what it'd look like in your business.

SALES TIP OF THE WEEK

Emotion already made the decision. Logic just shows up to sign the paperwork.

Every rep who loses on price believes the same lie: that buyers decide with a spreadsheet. Nobody does.

The decision gets made in the gut, fast, often before you finish your pitch. Then the brain works backwards to justify what the emotion already chose.

Order takers sell to the logic. They pile on features and data and hope volume wins. You can't logic someone into a feeling they don't have.

Closers move the emotion first. Get that right and the buyer builds your case for you.

Stop arguing with the paperwork. Move the thing that signs it.

NOTES FROM THE WAR ROOM:

This week I published my deepest trauma.
Recorded a raw video with no script.
Forgot my question in Dan Martell's coaching room because the voice in my head was louder than the one coming out of my
mouth.
Sent 30 messages asking for help. And shut my laptop on a Friday because my twins turned a
year older and I made a promise.

Last year I missed five birthdays. I was in Colombia for six months telling myself the grind was worth it.

Jimmy tried to stop me every single day this week.

He was wrong every time.

I wrote the full field notes in Issue #1 of The Black Ledger. No filter. No cleanup. Just what happened when I stopped letting the voice run the meeting.

Wednesday I sat in Dan Martell's Elite Coaching room.

I was in the middle of one of the busiest weeks I've had this year. Cannabis deployment, cross-border legal, a 15-hour Saturday sprint. Family still needing dinner on the table.

Most people would have used that as a reason to skip the call.

I made the call anyway.

Not for tactics. I have tactics.

For one reason: decision quality compounds faster when you're surrounded by operators who won't let you negotiate with fear and call it strategy.

That's what elite coaching at this level is.

Not motivation. Not information.

A room where someone sees the exact moment your impostor voice is about to make you take a smaller swing. And calls it out before you do.

I've spent years learning to kill that voice.

Two weeks ago I named mine publicly. His name is Jimmy.

I built a room for the operators ready to kill theirs.

The Black Ledger War Room.

90 days. 12 operators. Wednesdays at noon CST.

By day 90, you sign the Death Certificate.

Not as ceremony. As receipt.

Cohort 1 begins June 10. Enrollment closes June 7.

A few minutes this morning to reintroduce myself to
the people who follow me here.

I'm a dad of 8. Married 20 years to Cassie Black.
We moved from Colorado to Colombia in 2018 with six
of our kids. Started growing cannabis in 1994. Got
into sales at five years old (long story).

My family was Christian missionaries and cowboys.
I thought my life in cannabis would exile me from
them. So I lived a double life for a long time.

I grew up moving constantly. Father with severe
alcoholism. Mother with what we now know was bipolar
disorder. Drugs, jail, abandonment, the whole
pattern. My sister and I learned to fend for
ourselves early.

That installed something in me I didn't have a name
for until recently.

His name is Jimmy.

He's my impostor voice. My grandfather called me
Jimmy when I was small. He was the man I loved most
and the man whose expectations I could never meet.
The name stuck. The voice stuck.

For 35 years Jimmy ran the meeting.

A few years ago my oldest son Calvin asked me, "Do
you talk to yourself the way you talk to me?" I said
no, I'm way worse to myself. He told me my life must
fu***ng suck and slammed the door.

He was right.

That day I started building what eventually became
Black Ledger Sigil. The decision-quality and identity
reconstruction system I needed 10 years ago and
didn't have.

In two weeks I'm opening the first cohort of The
Black Ledger War Room. 12 operators. 90 days.
Wednesdays at noon CST. Cohort 1 starts June 10.

Built for operators who are done letting their
version of Jimmy run the meeting.

Warrant directly at the-black-ledger-sigil.beehiiv.com.

keeps you small.
