After work on the Imperial Gold mine is complete this land will be reclaimed to a reusable natural state. Our reclamation would prioritize the long-term visual character of the reclaimed area, thereby preserving it for wildlife and all future generations.

WE HAVE A SOLUTION AND RESOURCE FOR THE SALTON SEA. Imperial Gold’s Project ACES is anticipated to utilize clean earthen materials generated from the Company's proposed local gold mine operation as a remediation material to cover the exposed toxic playas at the Salton Sea.

Using such materials to cover the exposed beach is a remediation technique approved by the California Natural Resources Agency, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the California Department of Water Resources as stipulated in the 2020 Salton Sea Management Report.

Our Project ACES, which will help the Salton Sea, will:
- Save lives of local stakeholders through reduced respiratory illness from dust pollution;
- Preserve wetlands to benefit migratory birds suffering from increased Salton Sea salinity;
- Restore local community waterfronts to enhance quality of life; and
- Rehabilitate playas to restore hundreds of thousands of acres of desert habitat.

Our Imperial Gold Mine Project will have no permanent impact on the views of the natural landscape. We will be using the new standard for mine reclamation in the State of California by backfilling and reestablishing the desert washes.
